World War II aviation has always been a great love of the artist. By the age of eight, he could name practically every WW II fighter and bomber in the American line-up. This is not surprising, considering Britt's father, Raymond, served in the US Air Force. Raymond's older brothers, Bob and Boyce, both served on B-17s during the "big war." Uncle Bob was a ball-turret gunner, and Uncle Boyce was an armorer.
